The Ritz Theatre Company is governed by a Board of Directors. The Producing Artistic Director reports directly to the Board, which is responsible for setting and carrying out policy and for establishing and implementing the philosophy and mission of the theatre.

We’re always seeking professionals with the following skills: legal, accounting, marketing, strategic planning, financial, development, human resources, community relations, and much more.
